The top priority of the post post-9/11 United States was to build it's relationship with the Islamic world. After decades of adding to the chaos, the United States built programs to help us bring peace in the Middle East and in America. Israel was split in two, giving half of the holy land back to the Arab empires. This created some disdain within Jewish America, but both groups embraced each other.
At this time, the United States government created a controversial program that would link the nuclear power of Iran with it's own program. This alliance expanded, as the government brought Arab soldiers onto American soil in order to train them. The Middle East-American alliance was thought to bring unity to a world that had been thrown into an economic and environmental chaos.
The alliance quickly turned unholy. The years of oppression and corruption in the United State's foreign policy won out over this new friendship, which was seen as being false. Once the Islamic troops gained access to military bases and tools they became insurgents.
One such place of prominence, the Muhammad-Christ Base of Military Exploits (located in the outer regions of the Milwaukee area), became known as D.O.E. or Death Only Elevates. D.O.E. became the phrase the insurgents used as they battled military forces.
During the occurrence of this uprising the American President resounded a different, well-known phrase: "Too little, too late"
